Sacha Olieux has a background in Learning and Development and earned his bachelor's degree in L&D from HAN University in Nijmegen (NL). He has actively been the T&S facilitator since 2023 and also played a key role in designing the first “Trust & Church” Lab.  

Together with T&S, and the LSRS, Sacha Olieux is also partaking in the development of the Lab methodology that aims at learning from, changing, or innovating in the field of pressing topics in society, in dialogue with religion. 

Sacha Olieux is the Managing Director and part owner of Trustworks in The Netherlands. He focuses on training and coaching (management) teams towards a more trustworthy culture. He is also linked to other trust-based networks, and interested in practice-research collaborations. He has worked with renowned trust researchers worldwide for over five years.
